Allow RGB code to select custom seamoth colours etc...

The current system whereby you drag a cursor around on the palette is excellent however it is quite difficult to get the exact colour you like. Support for RBG code would allow you to quickly and easily get the exact colour you want provided you know it's RGB code (not usually too hard to find that out!).
