Cyclops self-driving, scanner room and glass window

The Cyclops is one of the (if not the) best vehicle I ever got in a game, it's big, it's impressive and you can dock stuffs in it, but I deplore that there's really no reason to use it, partly due to the Early Access nature of the game, meaning that the deepest content where the Cyclops will shine isn't made yet, but also due to its relative slowness and lack of reason to actually takes it to go somewhere as it's faster and simpler to just use the Seamoth. That's not mentioning the energy problem, though the Power Nap update fixed that in some way.

I think the recently added scanner room would've been better as a Cyclops upgrade. I can understand people building several tinier bases, but by definition, this room will be usuless eventually, due to all materials being collected from the area and then what, pick it up and build it elsewhere? I've also found the cameras pretty useless as their range is negligible and really, when was it less useful to go there with the Seamoth and check for yourself. Making the scanner room mobile inside of the Cyclops would cut the middle man so it could be infinitely "useable" without having to periodically move it or to build one in every biome.

I'm also all for some way to have the Cyclops drives itself to one beacon to another with an upgrade module, not using any complex pathfinding, but for example it could go in a straight line, occasionnally avoiding obstacles and stopping above your destination. Mostly, I'd just like to be able to fool around for a while inside of it. On a related note, a window on the side would allow people to enjoy the view from a different angle.

But that's just my opinions yadda yadda and all the rest.

    I, too, love the Cyclops.
Although (and some will throw tomatoes at me here) I would like it to be a bit bigger. Maybe another 1/4 in length and again in height.
    An extra floor and room.

And a sun lounge with drinks dispenser on the top for those relaxing under the sun moments.
