[Bug] cyclops camera unusable in Oculus Rift [5.3.4.10401829]

I cannot use the cyclops cameras at all when in Oculus Rift mode. Nothing will select it (even mouse buttons). Works fine when I launch in desktop mode (non-vr)

How are you able to relaunch in desktop mode? My game is permanently stuck in VR mode.
