Bulwark sometimes won't present an option to open.

I placed a bulwark in my corridor object that connects two rooms. Sometimes when I log in I cant open the bulwark door-- no click option to do so will activate. It has happened 3x and its always on the opposite side from the side where I originally placed it. Two times I had to deconstruct it to get past it, one time I swam around it and it worked from the other side. I am using the latest build for June as of today.

correction: I swam outside through the moon door, in a different attached room
and went around through the front hatch.
