[Bug] PDA Encyclopedia Deleted [Xbox One]

I can't remember what it's called actually, archives maybe, but the compendium of info you compile using the scanner for me accessible in the PDA all the way to the right in the tabs is just completely wiped clean now. Obviously this wasn't too major of a bug but I was quite enjoying creating my own little biological library :P Oh well, a scientist's work is never done I suppose...
