Multiple Saves, Save Names and Load on Pause Menu

Quick Load
One thing that's sort of bugged me on the game is, if you want to reload a save, you have to exit to the desktop, run the game again, then load the game from the main menu.
So, why not have an option to Load a game from the Pause Menu?
Multiple Saves
... Well, I guess it is possible to have Multiple Saves, just by starting a new game.
However, while you are playing the game, wouldn't it be nice to be able to create an extra save of the same game that you are playing?
EDIT: Whoops! Sounds like this is a feature being tested over on Experimental Mode? correct me if I am wrong. ^^

Granted, a lot of this stuff is probably already under development. If not, then it's probably been brought up.
