Problems with duplicated monitors

I have following problem:
I try since a long time to duplicate NS2 on my TV, with only partial success: NS2 will be displayed on my TV but not on my monitor.
When I select in NS2 "Windowed Fullscreen" or "Windowed", then both screens shows NS2, but I need "Fullscreen" to profit from crossfire.
My setup:
Windows 10 (also tried with Windows 7)
2x AMD 7970 in Crossfire
Monitor connected over DVI
TV connected over HDMI
Between the TV and Computer is a Receiver connected (Pioneer VSX 921) but it also wont work when I connect my TV directly to the computer.
I have tested my current setup with some other games, also NS2:Combat and all worked, just NS2 seems to have problem to run with two screens. I tried it once, maybe a year back to duplicate the screens and it didn't work then either, so I doubt that this is a driver issue.
The TV and Monitor have also been replaced with other screens but also those did not work.
