    over by the crashed ship if u follow the ship down the left side youll find them... or you can do what i had to do since the fragments glitched for me on the mobile vehicle and seaglider

    LB+RB+A at the same time and hold

    type in BOBTHEBUILDER

    youll unlock all the blueprints then save and quit to main menu go back in you have all the blueprints unlocked
