Scanner room upgrade, are they cumulative ?

Hi,

I am wondering if the Scanner room upgrades are cumulative.

As example, if I put 4 range upgrades, will the room be 4 times more efficient ?

Yes, the range and speed upgrades stack.

Is there anywhere a page where I can find out the base range of the scanner room and the percentage or value that is increased with every upgrade-chip? I did not find any information so far about it. Even the wiki does not have any solid info on the values.
