Refurbish Lifeboats + Tug Rope

the other day I thought it would be interesting to be able to repair the downed lifeboats and have them be usable for the player instead of just sitting around unused. I imagine that you would spend titanium and other materials with the welder to fix holes and apparati inside the lifeboat, float it back to the surface, and craft power cells to power it, and then you'd have a new lifeboat to use as a way-base

It follows that it would also be useful to move them into a more beneficial area easily, so a tug rope for the seamoth and/or cyclops would be nice too. you can already "tug" the lifeboat by jamming your seamoth into the back and pushing it around, I did that when mine floated off so i could get it back to spawn, but it would be much nicer to, perhaps, stick a tug rope into the upgrades console that would hook onto a lifeboat if it was within a certain range of the back of your submarine

As a side note, perhaps the tug rope would also be useful if your cyclops gets messed up and you need to desperately try and drag it to shallower water

I dunno if the seamoth is strong enough to pull it, but it could nudge it bit by bit i imagine

I definitely agree with the idea of salvaging the downed life pods. If nothing else, they ought to have resources we can scavenge.

I think it should be some kind of tractor beam like device rather than a rope as it would be more futuristic, also I think the Cyclops could do with some auto mode that follows the Sea Moth around if you put some of kind of beacon in a storage compartment or on the vehicle itself.
