Bought Kodiak and Reaper Packs but there are a couple missing items

Hi there, not sure if this was intended or not. I got this DLC on Steam during the summer sale but technically already had the kodiak rifle and reaper skulk from getting them individually before from the community market. Anyway, I never received new ones. Am I disqualified from getting them again or is this a bug? Thank you

    I think the way it works is it doesn't give you duplicates for items you already have in your inventory.

    Otherwise those who purchased a reinforced tier and bought the reinforced pack when it was available would have had duplicates as well.

    So what? If they pay for it twice, they should get it twice, no?

    I think I have the same problem, I bought the Shadow Fade from the item store, and then later as DLC, but I only have one in my inventory.

    This is a known issue with how the DLC get transformed into items and can't be fixed from our side. Please contact the steam support and ask for a refund.

    Or send me a private message with your steam account profile link, a screenshot of https://store.steampowered.com/account/licenses/ and what items from which DLC you are missing.
