I know the devs intend to "end" the game by escaping the planet. But how could one do that? I propose they take the route that SOMA did. If you aren't aware, in SOMA, the human race developed space travel by creating an acceleration tube with its starting point at the bottom of the Marianas Trench. They placed a capsule or pod in the acceleration tube, and launched it upwards, allowing the pressure present at such a depth to do most of the work. Well, I think it would be cool if Subnautica took a similar approach. First the player would have to find this world's equivalent of the Marianas Trench, then acquire the different upgrades that would allow their sub to reach such a depth. From there, they would have to build a space cannon (using resources found from all the various dangerous parts of the ocean) along with a specialized pod. At that point, they would have to amass enough power to get such a device working. Finally, the player hoards all the food and water they can for the long journey home. That way the whole "escaping the planet" thing really has value, because the player has spent all this time and all these resources to get to this point. It's just a thought, and I would absolutely love if people built on the idea.

Note: During ascet Subnautica music plays, music plays all the way to the end of the credits (song can change) Once credits are done you are taken back to the main menu.
Optional: Before the credits roll but after the screen goes dark you hear a weird sound than a massive explosion. Credits than roll.
