Game will not load since update 67

Simple as that! It just keeps loading and loading with no end in sight. I tried starting a new game and same deal. It gets stuck in loading the prefab at 90% and the seconds keep ticking over.

I've been having this same issue, though I was attributing it to trying to get the game to work with VR.

I'm having this issue as well. Gets stuck at 90% loading during loading PrefabDatabase. I'm on OSX. Deleting saved games, game content, any other files i could locate and reinstalling has been unsuccessful.

Did all that and no dice. Drivers uptodate, game current version etc.
One of the other users said reinstalling fixed it so I did that but first copied across my old game as I had spent a fair amount of game time on it.

I started a new game first before trying to copy the old one across to see if that would work ¬ Result: Nope Kept loading for a very long while, still hanging on 90% prefab data base, the seconds keep ticking up to no success, clocked over 1000's before I Tasked out of it.


CPU: Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-5500u CPU " 2.40GHz
RAM: 16295 megabytes
GPU: Intel(R) HD Graphics 5500
GPU RAM: 4201 megabytes
OS: WINDOWS 10 (10.0.0) 64bit (don't judge it upgraded me while I was way from the PC despite being to to piss off each time it asked, DAM YOU MICROSOFT!)
Threads: 4 logical processors

I am on holiday at the moment so I have being playing every day. Game worked before update 67 (despite cub lag issues) so whatever was in that update likely cause the problem. Any idea when update 68 is? I will try playing again then.

Had to give it one more go, tried updating the drivers again and got further in the load. Got to hear the still suit gag about smelling bad before the driver crashed and I got a green screen of death which was new. Message was the driver stopped working. The control panel says if the bestest most up to day video driver ever. I have the log files of the crash if you want them.

Had the same problem, fixed after a driver update. With the GEforce drivers there was an update 6 days ago from posting that probably did it.

Hello,
When you reach the 90% and seconds keep growing press F8.
First the mouse pointer appears
then near 150 seconds press F8 (maybe multiple time) then the game start.
It works for me. I'm new on this game. I really don't know why it starts but it starts.

@Turbo16 f8 didn't do anything for me. Maybe because i'm on mac?

I got this to work, Here is what i did. I went into language options and noticed the language selection was empty and changed it back to english.
