<div class="IPBDescription">I'm curious</div> In my experience, it seems that when the teams are about 4~6 on each side (even), the aliens seem to win more often. Im guessing this is because the loss of a combat unit is more of a disadvantage with smaller.
In larger games, 8~12 a side, the marines seem to do a lot better.
Im guessing (I haven't actually played in many big games) that in larger games, the marines start to get disadvantaged again, as the commander gets overworked.
This isn't very important, but Im I think its interesting. I can think of many different reasons why marines do worse in smaller games (inexperienced commanders being more confident to give it a go for one), but I think the way the sides are designed means they're should be some significant differences at different team sizes.
Sorry, I seem to have started rambling again.
