Air tank refilling glitch/bug

Every time I hear a Reaper sound I get the sound of my tanks refilling in short burst but looping the entire time. Another thing I noticed is that after getting the bug (LOL) no matter where I go like inside of the base and then back into the water, or to the surface nothing fixes it. The only way I've found that fixes the bug is to save then quit to the main menu, while not game braking it is annoying to sit through the loading screen every time it happens. While I have the bug, every thing gets real echoey and loud like all the animals are right next to me. I don't know if that's related to it but it does only happen when this bug is occurring. I have a link to a video i captured of the bug occurring to help get a better show what I'm going on about.
