Cant click to give feedback on Xbox one (other bug)

I've had a few bugs to report but unfortunately my 100 world's couldn't be sent I couldn't even click on the faces to confirm it. But after I restarted becauese I cheated I ran into a few bugs. First id spawn in [after putting the fire] a friendly gas o pod spawned underneath me raft and killed me everytime with the add of some weird green stuff on the screen. Finally I spawned in with no problems but I noticed my hand had texture pop outs that I ignored and after I got out of the raft I continue to dive until I reach the bottom as its like the water never existed.
