Aurora Update (Experimental)

Hey guys.
Some of you probably noticed by now that the Aurora got updates in the experimental branch.
In my save game however, the update didn't quite "work". I mean, I see some of the new rooms (the robotics room with the Exosuits hanging from the ceiling f.e.) but it's not complete. The part where the code locked doors are is completely missing.
The burning Exosuit fragments (which I saw on a YouTube video) aren't there as well.
Anyone haveing the same problem?
Any idea how to "fix" that (without starting an entirely new game)?
