Alright, i was just wondering, if the Degasi crashed, where would the ship be? And how did it crash in the first place like the Aroura? There are tons of answers i want to hear about the Degasi...
Chances are it crashed the same way the Aurora did. Why we don't see much of it though, is explained in the logs you find from the survivors (Floater Island & Jellyshroom bases)

Honestly, the whole "used the wreckage to make all our bases" thing seems to me like a bit of a lame copout. Not only does it not make much sense (there really aren't that many bases, and while the Degasi was presumably smaller than the aurora, it must have been really small for just those bases they built to have used every last scrap of it.
And also, overgrown underwater wreckage would just be really cool. I suspect that this may be yet another result of pushing a release date. I really do think that the release date is going to be detrimental to the game.

Um, there's a wreck in the Grand Reef that's most likely the Degasi based on the message the AI gives you.

If the Degasi was a smaller vessel and hit by an energy pulse of a similar intensity to the one which hit the Aurora and caused it to crash, it might have been much more badly damaged. Sufficient damage from the initial pulse could also have compromised the ship's ability to withstand re-entry, further reducing the amount of debris making it to the planet.
Hmm. I never saw that. I haven't played much for a while though.
It was added in fairly recently, like within the past few days recently. It's not all that big though, but it's something.
The textures on the inside are all messed up for some reason. I'm hoping that it is indeed fro the Degasi, and that it'll get its own coat of paint to tell it apart from the Aurora pieces, but we'll see...

The wreck itself.
The interior. Note the screwed up textures.
The top message is the one you get when you're in that general area.
