I cant figure out how to change battery in flashlight. Wont let me equip battery. maybe I am doing it wrong. Please help.

someone answered my question on the xbox forums within subnautica forums. Basically you have to bind a key to reload the batteries

yeah same thing happened to me it's odd that it isn't already bindid? Binded? Bind? Meh... Whatever anyway it's odd that it doesn't have a button (set?).

so you go to options, then controller. scroll till you see reload then put the x button for it. Reason I say x button cause x button isn't being used.

This issue is fixed in the next patch - as described above you just need to assign Reload to X to fix it as a workaround.
