Camera randomly cuts/jumps every once and awhile.

Randomly when I'm swimming around, the camera will sometimes jump to something random for a few seconds, sometimes all I can discern is a texture and nothing else. However, this just happened again and it seemed to cut to the seafloor, after about 3-5 seconds it cut back to where I was, but it keeps happening every so often. I'll try and get a picture next time it happens. Is anyone else having this strange issue?
