    It doesn't have to be 2 KM away from anything.
    You can make an arctic zone accessible through a warp game connecting two precursor facilities on different sides of the planet.
    That would make it a lot more believable and give the devs plenty of room to add other biomes that don't make sense in a non-tropical environment.

    What I'd like to see in the future is using the PDA while in the seamoth. Needing to exit the vehicle to eat and drink makes no goddamn sense!

    Ja nen neue Biome hat schon was . Aber auch ich bin hin und her gerissen zwischen arktischen Zone und nem fetten heftigen Monster U Boot, auf dem hoffentlich Platz für Motte und Exo gibt!
