patch notes for the aug 16 update?

i keep reading in threads that there was an august 16th update but i never saw any patch notes! can anyone point me in the right direction?

What about PC owners! We need our update to:( (its STILL not here and if you play experimental it pretty much ready) And I love the cool website pages and videos.
