Floodlight Batteries

I noticed that floodlights have batteries now, which is fine. Infinite floodlight that can be build anywhere was kind of an exploit, and batteries fix that.

HOWEVER I feel that floodlights attached to a Seabase should simply recharge themselves off the base's own power supply. Spotlights already do this, after all.

yeah, I was wondering why that was the case, as led light sticks do that if I remember correctly.
