Hello,
As always, sorry for every mistakes, it will be a long text because it's difficult to explain.
I'm playing in experimental. Don't know if this bug exist in stable build.
All of the pictures are made in creative mode, easier to without air problem or materials

I just discovered this bug while constructing my base. I had already a moonpool for my seamoth, but after scannning and building the exosuit, I wanted build an other moonpool.
Like this:

below I set the exosuit and above the seamoth.

I had build a window (or something else, I've modified something in my base in any case), and I just see that my exosuit has disappear.
But not disappear, just go to the moonpool of the top !

So, where's my seamoth ??
There:

You can see that my seamoth is luminous and modeled as if he was in the moonpool.

And THIS is the bug, you can't enter in, he is totally blocked.

I just tried to erase the moonpool, build an other but nothing work.

It works too with 2 exosuit or 2 seamoth.
And it works several times

The prawn update comes today, don't know if this bug will be fixed in, but it's very annoying.
Hope you have understand me.

Just a first guess, but could you try something for me?

I cant, cause im at vacation atm but in my eyes the root of this bug lies within the automated tugin of the moonpool. You built them very close so i guess the upper one pulls in the vehicle from the lower one, after its docked because it gets into its programmed tugin field.
Try stacking them with more space between them, if it happens again, more thinking requiered. If not, we know where the problem originates.

With more space there is no bug.
Don't understand exactly why, but you say that's normal ?

    No, not normal, but explainable.
The moonpool has an Area under it, that works as a detector. If you enter the field with a PRAWN oder Seamoth, you trigger the dockingprocess.

So what happens at your build? The detection field of the upper room reaches into the dockingroom of the lower moonpool. So you dock in the lower one and the upper one detects your Seamoth. I dont understand how the upper moonpool can suck the vehicle out of the lower one without causing damage to both, but at least its explainable and avoidable. More space between them or build them next to each other :)
