[HUD improvement] change visibility of Beacon

I think it should be interesting to be able to shutdown the visibility of Beacon in our HUB (escape pod included) with the PDA. When you start to have 10 of it, it start to be difficult to reconize each others.
Moreover if you have created a base with full equipment, the escape pod is useless, and his beacon not necessery.

A beacon that is customizable. Pop the beacon if it's within a certain range (can be specified from a device, location, or whatever). Or only turn it on when we call upon it
