Able to scan fragments through wreck walls

Just happened to me by accident exploring the large, multi-room wreck piece in the Kelp Forest. Not sure the build but this is a few days after PRAWN update I guess. Had my scanner out, was swimming around the outside looking for the way in, it picked up a mobile light (or spotlight?) while I was still outside and I was able to completely scan it.
