seabed destroys my base

I build my base with the habitat builder and leave to do something else. I come back to see the land that should have been destroyed somehow still there and cutting right through my base. Its REALLY annoying! Can you please fix it in a future update?! Thanks.

That happened to me. What is worse is that I saved inside the base and when I reloaded, the small hills that cut through my base appeared where my character was so I was stuck inside them.
I waited till my character died of dehydration and then relocated my base with a platform under and made sure there is nothing that will cut through it.

You should do the same. it's not so hard if you barely started building it.
