[BUG] New Creature Discovered popups and audio repeating v37088

Tried it on different fishes but keeps happening. The audio and tab notification play every time you pick it up, not just the first. Even happens after you've scanned it and have the entry already in the database.

Yeah noticed this as well, this is a bug that's happened before makes me think the devs are being a bit lazy and copy pasting code.
