Problem: I'm playing and suddenly realize I haven't seen any fauna swimming around or any limestone/sandstone objects for a while.
I've had this happen several times, today was with the latest version. I do not know what causes it, I haven't noticed a pattern yet.
The only way I've found to fix this is to get completely out of the game (loading the save file won't fix the problem unless the game stops running). I've simply rebooted the console, it's easiest. Now you can load your save file and everything is back.
