I've seen this on a seaglide, sometime after I had a bug that recharged all my battery equipment. I'm guessing the battery charge is stored 2 places in the code, and one of those places gets messed up.

Couldn't say which version but yeah, I had troubles with the charge values too. Not sure what happened, it was showing the correct level when using them, just not in inventory even after changing batteries...
