Idea occured to be the other day. Acid spore (gasopods) + acid mushroom + crash powder = depth charge. Maybe add titanium and glass. Limited applications, can be used to blow small rocks like the ones blocking the caves in the shallows, or to blow large deposits so we can mine them without prawn drill arm. If a reaper is chasing you and you drop one if swallows it, blows in its stomach, and it slinks off with a stomach ache. Maybe used to clear crowds of smaller preds like swarms of sand sharks or bone sharks.

That's an awesome idea! It could also be used to scare off a medium sized predator such as a Stalker or Bone Shark.
