Respawning Creatures

As I have gotten a little farther into the game, I have noticed that fish do not respawn, which is a huge problem, though the world is huge and fish can still be found in other areas, I would prefer not to devote an entire battery and a few bottles of water just to raise my hunger meter 20 percent or so, this needs to be fixed.

Not respawning fish is a problem, but are you aware you can set up stable food supplies so you don't need to go out hunting?

Yes, but early in game this is difficult to do, thank you for the advice though

I feel as if unknown worlds could just cannibalize the spawning code from minecraft and it would be a better setup then the current one where you have to quit if you want fish in your current vacinity
