Rare Creature Variations

I would really like it if there were rare variants of creatures, where there's only one on the entire map. I've thought of a few examples, but if you have any more feel free to add them
The Wanderer - A Reefback that dwells at the surface, over the Dunes. It's back is always above the water, and a great tree is growing from it. Vines hang from its sides.
Marrow - An old, tired bone shark that has cracked armour and algae growing on what's left of its hide. It orbits a single Grassy Plateau pillar, rather slowly.
THIS ONE HAS SPOILERS:
The Castaway - A Crabsquid that swims just beneath the Floating Island, relatively close to the surface. It isn't hostile, and is scarred along its top. It is missing several mandibles and if you get to close he attempts to EMP you, but makes a pitiful noise and becomes light headed and slowly sinks for five seconds before recovering. He only does this once before he just ignores you forever.
SOME OF MY NEWER IDEAS -
The Trapped - A Stalker that can be found in the large wreckage in the Grand Reef. How did it get there? Who knows. It is scarred and swims slowly, as if wounded. Its tail is ripped and one of its fins are missing.
This one might have spoilers... I don't think it does, but I guess it couldn't hurt to put a spoiler thing on:
Again, if you have any ideas for rare variants feel free to share, and I hope you like the idea!

Death - A Carar-Infected Reaper that swims around the entire perimeter of the Aurora at varying depths. It is missing one mandible, is black and is covered in green glowing Carar Cysts.

The Clinger - A Lava Larva that has a 0.5% or less chance to attach to your Cyclops per minute. It is larger than the other Larva, but doesn't drain energy. When you try to knock it off the AI tells you that it isn't draining energy and doesn't seem hostile. When you reach one of the surface biomes (from Grand Reef to Safe Shallows) it detaches and freely follows your Cyclops wherever it goes. If you go back into the deep it clings on once again.

Comments
Patient Zero - A Sea Dragon Leviathan that is heavily infected with Carar. Found patrolling the Lost River Precursor Base, Patient Zero is the creature responsible for the facility's destruction and the Carar outbreak. Like Death, It is a necrotic black and covered in green cysts, as well as missing teeth and rotting tentacles. It is passive, weakened by both the cold waters of the Lost River and his advanced Carar Infection. He will attempt to breathe fire from time to time, but will only manage to puff some smoke
The Blackout - A red-eyed black Ampeel that instantly drains all power from your sub/exosuit on contact. You may want to bring along some extra Power Cells. Found in the lowest point of the Sparse Reef.
