Started a new game.
You can't scan the last PRAWN fragment in the bay
I cut open two welds, saved the game, loaded it later and the welded doors were resealed trapping me
Now the modification station fragments only acknowledge one fragment no matter how many I scan they just turn to titanium so I can't advance.
