Inventory swapping with gamepad really spotty now

If I have 15 Titanium to swap between my inventory and a locker, half the clicks I do will not move the titanium. So I have to to a different item then back to get items to swap. This update really messed with gamepad controls badly because also have the issue with d-pad controls being off.
