Actual surfacing capability for the player and Cyclops.

Sometimes it is helpful to operate above the water. Or even for the player to breathe while using the PDA.
Having an option to "remain surfaced" in the Cyclops as well as when swimming would be amazing. Besides, I like to park my Cyclops on the surface because it looks cool. Also traveling on the surface without having to play the ascend-descend game to keep the vessel on the surface. I understand that the Seamoth and Seaglide really only work underwater. But the Cyclops and the swimmer should be able to remain surfaced without effort or weird random submerging and surfacing over and over.

Fortunately, 97% of the game is about below-water stuff, where that never matters. Once you get subs, you don't have to screw around with getting air down to the seafloor anymore. You just have power issues...
Maybe near the final version of the game we will get a nice wake right at the half way of the window on the Cyclops.
