How many life boat communications are you supposed to get?

I've only gotten 6 coordinates for lifeboats, and one of them is wrong. It says lifeboat 8 in the signal, but when I get there it's lifeboat 4. I'm not sure how many days have passed in-game but it's at least 2-3 weeks.

Also, if any could give me some direction I can't seem to find the seamoth blueprints. In fact, I was uncovering cyclops blueprints in a wreck and now I can't seem to find that wreck anywhere anymore. Feels like weird stuff going on. I hope my savegame isn't messed up. Thanks for the help.

There's one fragment guaranteed in the Aurora. The others are near wrecks in the Grassy Plateaus. There should be some around the wreck next to Lifepod 17 (for which you have the coordinates). The old go-to spot for fragments used to be the GP bordering on the reefs to the West, but the spawn points seem to have been greatly reduced. You might still find a fragment near the Wreck there, which shouldn't be hard to spot if you're in the correct GP.

I can't help you with the Cyclops matter without knowledge of the surroundings. Various wrecks hold various Cyclops component fragments and I wouldn't want to spoil. Although my guess is the Mushroom Forest one for the reason that there's two MFs and only one contains a wreck. If you'd be searching in the wrong one, you'd be wasting your time.

Lifepod 8 is a known "bug" that still needs to be fixed.

I was hoping that pod 8/4 one would be fixed this last update, but sadly its not. Just a bug. I want to say that pod 7 was the last one I received and still haven't received the one about the floating island yet. So that part sounds about right to me. Just part of the in-development part of the game I believe.

Seamoth locations...

Seamoth fragments are in the grasslands biome. They still spawn outside of wrecks for me so it seems to be luck. Someone else can confirm/debunk that.

Where is the grasslands biome? I can't seem to find it. Is that the same as grassy plateaus?

Thanks so much for the help! Since you're here, can I ask another question? Can you move boxes and benches that block dorrways in wrecks with the propulsion cannon?

Yep, Grasslands = Grassy Plateaus. With all the red grass. And mind, there's like three of them so make sure you are looking in the right ones.

And another yep on the propulsion cannon unblocking doorways.

Yeah, I just forgot the proper name for it. Better than my first thought of 'that place with the wiggly sharks'. Its a bit late at night here... >.<

I always head to the one to the south, between the kelp forest and sparse reef and haven't had too much difficulty finding the parts.

Always welcome and another vote for the propulsion cannon.

Lifepods I've recieved signals for: 3, 6, 7, 8 (4), 13, 17. I think I've also gotten one for pod 12? I can't remember now.

12 is one you get by exploring the Aurora if I recall correctly.
