First let me say i have enjoyed playing subnautica because of the level of detail the dev's have put into this game that why it was a kind of a shock when i ran into this crash not because of the crash itself even know this is my first crash in game. No, the issue is how bad the crash was Lets start with a brief break down of my system, i have a if-6600 cpu windows 10 with 16 GB of free memory yet this crashed so hard that i could not get back into the game. I cannot tell you how long it has been since a game has done that and the bug/crash is repeatable in the same area which i will show in a minute if i can but it got so bad i had to validate the game to see if the game itself got corrupted it don't seem to be the case. The crash was so bad that I have no idea what could be causing it usually in my experience mind you i don't know everything, a driver issue for sound, gfx etc would not lock you out of the game? I will be changing GFX settings to see if maybe there too much poping in? Although i have a beefy system that should be able to handle this no it does sound like a issue with software vs software i just never experience a game that would not let you back in.
here is what the screen looked liked when i tried to log back in:

And this is were i crashed at:
https://drive.google.com/file/d/0BzDm24W0JtJlbUxCLVZWZE5FQUE/view?usp=sharing
Output log:
http://pastebin.com/index.php?e=2
DXDIAG:
http://pastebin.com/index.php?e=2
EDIT: I'm turning down from highest setting to recommended settings and see what happens after that, I'm also checking other post but nothing quite like this i don't think?
Second EDIT: I took the seaglide out there this time same issue no change so it don't seem to be a vehicle bug?
Third EDIT: It almost seems like maybe the world is becoming corrupt? Because when i started the game that area was ok, but now it has expanded to other parts of the ocean that I'm crashing in?
Four EDIT: Now i have a huge base could the base itself causing the crashing?
Fifth EDIT: New location of crash Grand reef:
https://drive.google.com/file/d/0BzDm24W0JtJlM1pMWFBVLXpCcTQ/view?usp=sharing
here is what task manager says
cpu 4.5 to 3.5 memory seems stuck on 1,953.0 mb
https://drive.google.com/file/d/0BzDm24W0JtJlbnBOeEFzdmdVbnc/view?usp=sharing
so possible memory leak when world was created?
Sixth EDIT: Well it looks like i will have to delete the save it starting to become so corrupt that moving to a new area is causing crashing
Seventh EDIT: turning off sound driver did not help, reinstall VCredist did not help (some steam games would crash on me or not play if that was broke)
Eighth and most likely finally edit: Well the drive that subnautica was on died or is dieing so i think i have my answer or my never know
