Cursor Delay

Hello!
I haven't played Subnautica recently so I decided to try it.
I started up a new world in Survival mode and as soon as a start, I get 2 bugs.
1. When a cutscene/animation begins, the sound renders first before the animation.
2. When I move my mouse/cursor to look, I get a delay that I can't find a solution to fix.
Really, I'm just concerned about mouse delay.
Note: This DOES NOT affect the Inventory Display
