Please, for the love of all things holy, give us the a single unified button that not only closes our inventory/PDA, but also interactions with the world.
For example, the fabricator requires clicking outside the menu to have it close, while the PDA requires pressing TAB.
This causes me to often hit TAB when i'm trying to close the fabricator window. Which opens the PDA screen. Ugh.
And sometimes, when i'm quickly switching between the two, i'll try clicking outside the PDA to close it.
And sometimes, because this is standard practice in most games, I press ESC to try and close either one of those windows (which, as you know, opens the game menu).
Please, please, please, make it so the ESC key closes whatever current window is open, and then another press opens the game menu.
I understand the importance of having the crafting window open while having the PDA inventory open as well, so one can switch between inventory -> crafting quickly, so using
"TAB" to close the fabricator windows might be annoying, however that's another option.
Thanks,
JM
