[BUG] Fabricator menu closes after constructing certain items [38227 SEP-2016]

Description - When constructing some items the Fabricator menu stays open and for some other items it closes. This can make it annoying when trying to construct more than one of some items as you have to open the Fabricator menu each time and navigate to the item you want to construct.
Reproduction steps - Grab a bunch of quartz and fabricate some glass. The Fabricator menu says open so if you keep your mouse in the same position you can click again to make another glass, and keep doing this till you're done or run out of quartz and the menu item is disabled. Now grab the resources needed to make more than once Plasteel Ingot. After you create one, the Fabricator menu disappears. Just means extra clicking if you want to make multiple. I didn't test every item to see which ones this happens with so it may just be with Plasteel Ingot.
