Both of those fragments I've usually have found inside the wreck at the Grand Reef (found at coordinates: -290.0 -200.0 -780.0). You'll need the Laser Cutter to open the doors inside the wreck; the Mod station fragments are past the first door, but the Moonpool fragments are in the second sealed room past the first door.

If you get the pressure upgrade module from the Aurora to get to 300m, you can also use the entrance at the bottom for better access to the loot. The entrance is in a little alcove formed by the hull that protects you and the Seamoth against any warpers that might spawn.

Whether you have the pressure upgrade from the Aurora or not you should bring the rebreather along. It should increase your dive time by quite a bit. Just allow yourself 60 seconds for the return trip to the Seamoth so you don't end up drowning...

Be sure to have patched the Aurora reactors first!
