I just learned something about the Reaper today

It does not care if you are using the Invisible command, and will happily grab your seamoth with you inside regardless if it's enabled or not ;v;

I was having lag spikes after updating so switched the command on so I could play with a little less fuss (Though after doing the cache clearing trick, most of those issues - most - were gone) and was scouring around the Mountains for cyclops parts. Even with the command on I was still wary of the Reaper, he scares me that much. Well I drove right past him and was planning on leaving when I heard his roar and quite loudly. I didn't even get the chance to turn around to see if it was him or not, he spun me around to yell in my face himself.

In a panic I jumped out of my Seamoth and seaglide-fled to the mountain beach and left my Seamoth to its doom. Shortly after getting onto dry land I heard my seamoth explode. So, I checked to see if the Invisible command was still enabled, maybe I forgot to turn it in. It was very much still enabled. The reaper saw through my disguise and attacked me. Or, he was doing what the Biters, Sandsharks, and Bonesharks do, and attack your sub because it doesn't benefit from Invisible even when you're inside it.

I wonder if that's a bug or an oversight, where fauna will still see and gladly attack your submarines but not you, when the Invisible cheat is enabled. Was still quite a surprise to me though, since I hadn't had that happen to me while invisibuh before.

    Take a look at the latest comment in the cache clearing thread (see my sig). There's an update.

    I'm pretty sure a Leviathan will go after an empty 'moth, so he probably was just doing that.

    That's pretty much what I did, helped a lot. I'm still saving a ton though, in case it crashes again ^^;

    I was inside and still driving my seamoth when he attacked it xD
    I jumped out of it when he started shaking it to pieces, and left it behind. Didn't want to stick around to see what would happen if it exploded while I was still inside, if he'd suddenly be able to see me too or not.... Since he grabbed me while I was driving it, I thought that maybe I had forgotten to enable Invisible - turns out he still couldn't see me (I swam around him for a while a little later, he never noticed) but he COULD see my submarine.

    Nope. Invisible works on you just fine. It just does not extend to anything else, so a sub will still get attacked. Once you were in the water (with invisible on), the Reaper was going to ignore you and smash the sub.

    The Seamoth can take a couple hits from him, and a point-defense should be quite enough to convince the Reaper to go away, though the recharge time will seem VERY long if you're charging while he grabs you...

    I suppose I should have expected that, since Biters and the others still charge at your seamoth even under Invisible. Still was a bit of a surprise for me hah... But I can't help but get a bit jittery around the Reaper even in Creative :s

    I didn't have the perimeter defense yet otherwise I wold have used it when he grabbed me. I was actually just about to circle around and head to the Grand Reef to go moonpool fragment hunting when this happened hah....
