lag spike around lifepod 6 and howling of sea creatures. [40062]

hey there,
recently i have noticed to have great fps drops whenever the howling of sea creatures is there. this only applies for the big creatures that make whale like noises.
the game usually runs with about 120 fps and goes down to from 5 to 0,2 fps when a creature howls.
also when im near lifepod 6 the lag becomes so hard that sometimes im dead due to predator fish when the lag stops.
this is really annoying because somehow the game takes up to 30 seconds to load sometimes and there is no "last save" option and the "back to main menu" or "back to desktop" do nothing at all i always have to alt f4 the game.
