I think it would be cool to be able to build a dock for the cyclops

It's hard to find space for the cyclops, and it goes without saying that the dock would have to be much bigger. Personally I just use the Kelp Forest cavern as a dock, which I like, it provides cover and is quite an interesting little nook to hide it in. But for deeper seas, such as the Grand Reef, it would be a good addition to my base.

You could also dock just the conning tower to something like a double-wide Moonpool.
