[Crash] Seemingly no relation to each crash! [Version 40062]

There was seemingly no major relation to each crash, I just start to have insane frame drops, water gets super choppy, lag becomes unbearable to a point of freezing then it crashes and gives an error. I want to say the lagging and frame drops (which shouldn't happen on my build) started roughly around the time I built the seamoth but it didn't crash too often. However, since I have constructed the Cyclops the crashing and major loss in frames happens too often for me to be able to play the game.

This is such a great game, but at this point it is quite unplayable for me. I appreciate any help anyone has to offer, thanks!

Be aware that it effectively resets the world. Terrain, flora, fauna, objects everything is reset. Everything you built will still be there tho. Fragments you fully scanned seems to not generate again, or at least most of them don't, supply crates, furniture and pdas do. Doors and fires etc will also reset, while interestingly enough if you fixed reactors in drive room of Aurora that will stay fixed and there won't be radiation.
Follow outlined method of preserving terrain changes if your base construction did some terraforming.
