Right clicked my steam icon, selected subnautica, 5 second pause, then message about sending in crash info.
I've verified my cache files.
Not played for a few days... I used to be able to play about 15 minutes before a lag-and-crash as previously posted, but now I don't get that even.
https://drive.google.com/open?id=0ByGbby-s2gvYUGxCampSaVI3bW8 for 3 files in the crash folder plus dxdiag.
Don't want to reset cache files, as I've done quite a lot of terraforming. Was waiting until the ground has been 'solidified' and terraformer removed.
Seems to be since the bones update there has been so many issues for people.

After they fix Subnautica so that it loads again (they're working on that now), follow this guide and send your entire saved game folder to the devs, they want more info on what's going on with these issues. Hopefully this lets them reproduce the issue on their machines.
New ssd coming tomorrow to try and address the landscape appearing just in front of me, as per 0x6A7232's sig.
Update
switched to non-experimental in steam, and it wouldn't load the save game. Changed back to experimental in steam, and it works, it doesn't crash on start. I thought it might have wiped my terrain data or something, but it doesn't appear to have done so.
I'll play again save, and try and get it to crash, then send in files.
I wanted a NVMe PCIe M.2 but I gave up trying to get it to work with Win 7. So, I got another SATA3 SSD, just for steam.
