Menu Bug

Hello i am new to subnautica and when i first installed the game and played it, it worked fine
but recently i have tried to load a game, and when i get into the game, if i want to use my PDA, and menu, i cant do anything, clicking does nothing and the only way i can leave is by alt tabbing.
i have looked all over the internet and have yet to find a solution.

if one of you could help me that would be much appreciated.

My game is constantly skipping and crashing. It runs fine for a while when I do things like take a ride in my Sea Moth, or Prawn especially my Cyclops the game skips, or lags if that is what you call it then it'll crash I get this code 2016-11-18_222350, and says to send to developer, but I can't find where to send it.

Unsure what to do with this, besides updating to experimental. Anyone?
