Game keeps crashing

Hi,

I keep getting the below message when travelling around places. Doesn't happen when I start a new game again and go there or go creative mode and roam freely but does after building up my base and scouting about. Mostly happens in my seamoth when travelling fast, but does happen in my cyclops and sometimes swimming around.

Pc specs are:

Windows 10 Pro - 64-bit o/s
AMF FX(tm)-8350 Eight-Core Processor 4.21 Ghz
8.00 GB RAM
AMD Radeon R9 200 Series

What am I missing here?? Do I need another stick of 8GB RAM? --- Any and all help provided is very appreciated!
