Bug on Island, stuck !

I went for the 1st time on island and i went in something like a tunnel caves and i can't get out of here, i'm completly stuck and can't move ! I tryed to reload the game and it's not changing something...
Is there something i can do to get unstuck ? Thanks for answering !

There's a few tunnels like that; easily the most infuriating longtime bug. To my knowledge, you'll have to reload to a previous point in time or have the fortune of managing to clip yourself through the island (after which you can swim back to the beach). Standing on the edge of where you can't get out, saving, and reloading might help you with that, but no guarantees.

Or if you aren't playing hardcore, you could also just let yourself starve so you respawn in your base or at the lifepod. You might lose some stuff, but you'll be out.

Damn ! My last save is there when i'm stuck.. Cause i thought if i save and reload the game it could work and makes me unstuck.. So maybe i should remake a game and delete this one.. Thanks mate for answering !

Eh, just edited my answer while you replied, so to repeat to ensure you read, you can opt to let yourself starve if you aren't playing hardcore.
